What counts as a "weaver"?
A weaver is anyone who builds or edits tapestries, threads or motifs. People who only view tapestries are always free and unlimited, on every plan.
Do you charge by rows, queries or compute?
No. We price per weaver, full stop. The loom can weave billions of rows without metered surprises — your bill is predictable.
Can I move between plans?
Any time, in either direction. Upgrades are instant and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Start on a free Swatch with no card.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU by default, with at-rest encryption and full lineage. Atelier customers can run the loom inside their own VPC or on-prem so data never leaves their walls.
Is there a discount for non-profits or education?
